• Improve our AI interviewer and platform
• Train, evaluate, and develop AI and machine learning models
• Create datasets for internal use or commercial purposes

Sharing

We may share your information with service providers who help us operate (e.g., hosting, analytics, payment processing). We may also share interview data with third parties as described in any separate agreements you sign. We do not sell your personal contact information to third parties for marketing purposes.

Third-Party Services

Our signup form is hosted by Tally. When you fill out the form, your data is processed by Tally in accordance with their privacy policy. We also use services like LiveKit, Deepgram, and ElevenLabs to power interviews. These providers process data on our behalf.

Data Retention

We retain your information for as long as needed to provide our services and fulfill the purposes described above. Interview recordings and derived data may be retained indefinitely for AI training purposes, subject to any separate agreements.

Your Rights

You may contact us at info@percio.xyz to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information. We will respond within a reasonable timeframe. Note that some data (e.g., data already used for AI training) may not be technically feasible to delete.

Cookies

We use essential cookies to keep the site working. Third-party services (like Tally) may set their own cookies. We do not use advertising cookies.
