Percio provides an AI-powered interview platform. We may offer free trial interviews, paid interview sessions, or other services. The specific terms of any interview session (including recording, data use, and compensation) may be covered by a separate participant agreement provided before your session.
You must be at least 18 years old to use the Services. By using the Services, you represent that you meet this requirement.

The Percio platform, including its design, code, AI systems, and branding, is owned by Amuni LLC. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the platform without our written permission. Ownership of interview content is governed by any separate participant agreement you sign.
The Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. AI-generated content (including interview questions and feedback) may contain inaccuracies and should not be relied upon as professional advice.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Amuni LLC and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or data, arising from your use of the Services. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us (if any) in the 12 months preceding the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Amuni LLC from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Services or your violation of these Terms.
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time, for any reason, without notice. You may stop using the Services at any time.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict of laws principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts located in New York, NY.
